Our governance structure combines strategic oversight with operational excellence. Guided by the Board of Directors, the Group Management Team sets  the company’s strategic direction and ensures that ESG-related topics are integrated  into management decision-making for long-term value creation. 

We promote transparent and responsible stakeholder engagement across our entire value chain. Integrity, compliance and ethical business practices are at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to combating corruption, upholding fair competition, protecting data privacy, and adhering to all applicable legal requirements.

We develop innovative freight wagon solutions to support our customers in their decarbonisation strategies and to promote occupational safety and operational efficiency. Our modern freight wagons for intermodal transport, along with our tank and standard wagons, facilitate the shift from road to rail - enabling a reduction in CO₂ emissions of up to 75%.

To strengthen transparency and accountability, we have introduced Wascosa’s WeCare Integrity Line. The multilingual whistleblowing platform is available in 5 languages and accessible 24 hours 7 days a week. Reports and concerns can be submitted either openly or confidentially for compliance, sustainability and workplace-related concerns.

We support local, social and environmental initiatives that promote inclusion, education and community engagement throughout the countries in which we operate. Through employee-driven projects, donations and active staff involvement, we give more to the community and create a lasting positive impact on society.
