The Wascosa 54’ Sgmmns container flat wagon is a flexible and efficient solution for intermodal rail freight. Thanks to its low tare weight of just 16.5 tonnes, it enables high payloads and economical use in daily operations. Built-in telematics ensure constant monitoring and optimized logistics processes, while the modern compact freight car brake (CFCB) guarantees high mileage and operational safety. As part of the Wascosa flex freight system®, the 54’ Sgmmns can be combined with 45’ or 52’ tank containers, allowing it to replace traditional tank wagons. This setup allows the wagon and the container to be maintained independently of one another, which means maximum flexibility for future-focussed multimodal transport concepts.
